The second part of our Mystical Scotland Retreat carries us beyond the threshold of the known world and into the ancient dreaming lands of the Isles.

ISLE OF LEWIS: Callanish Stones – Ancient Portals, Stargates & Water Dragons

On the Isle of Lewis, the great Callanish Stones rise from the earth like a cosmic temple of memory, alignment, and star wisdom. These ancient standing stones are PORTALS of POWER and Time Travel and hold the power of the ancestors, the mystery of the heavens, and the deep pulse of the land itself.

We will visit day and dawn, and do ceremony several times to awaken the Celtic Priestesses and the Stargates of the ancients are waiting to transport us into our true divine nature and ignite the power of fire in our soul.

Here, among mystical sacred sites, wild beaches, and the windswept beauty of Lewis and Harris, we open to the presence of the water dragons,  ancient elemental guardians of the sea, stone, and shore… awakening the codes of protection, intuition, and soul remembrance within us.

ISLE OF SKYE Enchantment Living Fae Magic 

On the Isle of Skye, we enter the realm of enchantment, beauty, and fae magic. A landscape of raw elemental beauty and ancient enchantment.

The Fairy Glen and Fairy Pools invite us into a world where the veils grow thin, the waters shimmer with ancient blessing, and the land speaks in whispers, symbols, and dreams. Waterfalls, lochs, sacred landscapes, Dunvegan Castle, and the majestic Old Man of Storr become living temples of transformation, each one opening a new doorway into wonder, imagination, and mystical sight.

Skye open doorways into the elemental realms. We will listen, receive, bless, and awaken the channels within us that know how to commune with other realms.

Skye awakens the part of the soul that still knows how to believe in magic, listen to the unseen, and receive guidance from the elemental world.

FEMININE SOVEREIGN POWER & MAGIC: Waters with Castles & Dragons & Lochness 

As we cross the bridge to the Highlands, we move through a powerful passage of transition, leaving the Isles and entering the ancient mountain body of Scotland.

We visit the iconic feminine seat of sovereign mystery – Eilean Donan Castle,  and lunch in the colorful seaside town of Portree. As we journey to Lochness, the winding roads, sacred waters, and Highland landscapes become part of a living initiation into strength, beauty, and ancestral belonging.

We arrive at Loch Ness for the night and the mystery deepens as we gather for a sunset boat cruise upon the legendary waters, where the light, the mist, and the ancient loch invite us into communion with the hidden realms.

We spend the night in Lochness so you can dream with the waters, ancient spirits and Nessie. This is a journey into the depths,  into memory, myth, water wisdom, and the unseen powers that live beneath the surface.

THE HIGHLAND PASSAGE OF STONES:  Hidden Waters: Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle & Inverness

Our pilgrimage continues to Urquhart Castle on the shores of Loch Ness, where the stones, ruins, waters, and Highland winds carry the echoes of ancient power. Nessie – our beloved magical water dragon of lore and living legend will come tp us in our meditation on the shores.

Here, we honor the strength of the shores, the waters and their ability to hold memory, transmit wisdom, and anchor us into our own timeless truth.

As we travel from Loch Ness through the Highlands to Inverness, we integrate the codes of the Isles, the fae realms, the dragon waters, and the sacred stone temples of Scotland.

This part of the journey awakens the deep knowing that we, too, are living stones of memory — ancient, powerful, and ready to stand again in our magic.

LOGISTICS & TRAVEL PLANS

  • Part 1 Rosslyn & Unicorns: Sept 2 – 4, Depart 5. ARRIVE: Fly to Edinburgh airport for Part 1 arriving no later than Sept 2 (or sooner, it is best to be rested and ) There are no Accommodations provided for Part 1, because people will be arriving on different dates and this way you can choose your level of accommodation. I will share where we will be staying so you can choose to stay nearby if you like. This gives you flexibility in your costs and preferred type of accomodations.
  • Part 1 Rosslyn & Unicorns: We begin activities at 3pm on Sept 2 and we will explore some sacred places and have a welcome dinner in Edinburgh. We end on Sept 4th in the evening. Dinner will be optional, not included, If you intend to only attend Part 1, you can plan to depart on Sept 5, or stay in Edinburgh.
  • Part 2 Callinish Isles & Lochs: Sept 5-11. ARRIVE: Fly to Stornoway Airport on the Isle of Lewis on Sept 5 (fly from Edinburgh or fly in from anywhere if you plan to only attend Part 2) You must book and pay for your own flights, and arrange and pay for your transport to Edinburgh Airport. HUGE BONUS: I have arranged this trip to avoid 5 hours of windy driving and a 3 hour Ferry to get to the Isle of Lewis by flying, so we can focus out time in the land, sea and stones!
    *If you plan to start on Part 2, get your Plane tickets to Stornoway Airport, Isle of Lewis Scotland from your desired location. Arrive on Sept 5, as early in the day as possible.  (Flight from Edinburgh to Stornoway 1 Hour 10 minutes. *We are booked on the 8 am flight on Loganair. Book Early.)
  • Pack to dress in Layers for Scotland Weather, which is cold and windy.  We will be walking in the ancient stones, on beaches, lochs and outside. Be sure you will be warm enough and also prepared for rain and mist. Scarves!! Gloves!
  • Bring at least one pair of comfortable, sturdy walking shoes, they may get wet, and  appropriate footwear for castles, chapels and eating out.
  • Comfortable clothes for our activations, meditations and ceremonies in nature, and at chapels and castles. A change of clothes for the evening is always good, to feel refreshed, yet fancy dress is not needed. No sweatpants for dinners, theses the UK and Europe is more formal, yet practical clothes are expected in the Highlands and on the Isles
  • Rain poncho (or 2) (I have one that is casual and one that is full body and has a good and covers my backpack), umbrellas are ok, but often not practical except for Edinburgh.
  • A journal, your sacred spiritual items, crystals, things you want to gift the land or charge with the ceremonies. Your on refillable water bottle to take on outings.
  • Your personal items to be comfortable, healthy and happy – take care of yourself. If you need medicine or chapstick, sun screen – please bring with you. We will be in remote locations with limited shopping.
